Nearly every industry relies on computers; and computers rely on information technologists. YCCC’s Information Technology program gives students an extensive background in computer systems. You’ll gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting, system administration, 计算机网络, 网络系统, computer 编程, 和网络安全. You’ll learn to think critically to problem-solve on-the-job and thrive in the ever-changing IT landscape.

课程
Every semester of your study includes an information technology-heavy course load. Classes on computer hardware, 编程, network fundamentals, and web development lay the foundation for more advanced IT applications. Other program courses include Web Systems and Programming; Introduction to Cybersecurity; Ethical Hacking; Open Source Server Administration; and Network 安全. All classes are available online.

Students completing this program will be prepared for entry-level positions in computer support, network management, systems management, 和网络安全, as well as sales and technical information positions. Graduates may also choose to continue their education at a four-year institution in information technology or a related field.
